Interlocking Filet Crochet is a crochet technique whereby the picture is created by either pushing the double crochet stitch backward (towards the back of the work) or pulling it forward (towards the front of the work).
It is mostly worked with 2 very contrasting colours although more and more designers are incorporating more than 2 colours into their designs.
This is a challenging, technical but VERY REWARDING technique to learn.
